Community Action Agency will not receive a raise this year from the government.  The state cut funds for the Head Start Program. The Republicans are dead set on doing away with Head Start.  Teachers in Japan are paid as much as our doctors. They look to our children as the future! Please be patient and we are working on other ideas for compensation.

We need to elect a Democratic President if we plan to keep the agency open. President Obama helped us in the early stages, but now the House is control by Republicans. Scott Walker of Wisconsin made a statement, “I took on unions and won” the crowd cheered but, they don't understand they cheered for their rights to be taken away!  How blind are Americans fooled by their elected officials? Why cheer for your own DEATH?
